number fourty five.

So I woke up this morning at 7 and realized that I was late for my gardening date with Mariel and by the time I got to her house it was 8, I was meddling about the house- I found a food processor (YAY)- and was just in time to send Clara a bon voyage. So we cleaned up the garden and I sort of got over the fear of tiny crawling things, had nice cold tau huey at the market, cleaned up her garden again and then I went home. With rosemary, indian peppermint and basil from Aunty Siti, and spent the past hour finding little jars (I dont have small pots) and replanting the little herbs. It's quite nice, hanging by the kitchen window for convenience sake. If my sister wasn't in Netherlands with the camera I would totally post a picture but oh well.
I'm going to make pumpkin soup now :)
